Toolfellows charging
- We charge £15 per hour and we are currently running an introductory offer in that you’ll get an extra half-hour free everytime you book
- Charges are worked out to the next half-hour. So if we work for 85 minutes, that’s an hour and a half (3 x £15 = £45)
- If you would like us to shop for parts that you need (for instance B&Q shelves), you pay exactly what we paid for them plus a handling charge of 10%, nothing more, just our time
- We don’t charge mileage to shop for your parts
- You pay for the job immediately when we’re finished at your property or job via cheque, cash or credit card. You decide
- If you don’t like what we’ve done, even after we’ve left – call us for your money back. We are so confident that you will love what we do that you’ll only call again to re-book
